2017 personal faves | Familjefotografering Stockholm

Out of all the photographs I take, the ones of my own children are always my favourite.  I don't photograph them every day (I don't want them to hate my camera!), but when the mood is right and all the elements come together, I will crouch behind my camera and photograph them as long as I can.  My ongoing project, A Jolly Childhood, featuring my daughters, is already a huge collection of work.  I thought you might enjoy the highlights of the 2017 section ;)

2017 client faves | Stockholm familjefotograf

2017 brought a lot of fun people into my life (always my favourite kind!).  I got to photograph  people from all over the world.  I loved hearing their stories and providing them with home-made chocolate chip cookies when they came to my office to choose their images.

My dream of filling as many homes as possible in Stockholm with Jolly wall portraits continues to fuel me.  Don't YOU want beautiful memories on your wall? :)

Family & Teenage photo session in Danderyd | Familjefotograf Stockholm

I LOVE getting emails from moms of teenagers asking if I'm available to photograph their whole family at their home!  Sometimes it seems like parents are wonderful at booking photo sessions for their newborns or toddlers, but often forget to have their teenagers photographed.  Those teenagers will soon be moving out, starting their own lives, so don't let them go without getting some beautiful photographic memories of them.  This time is so fleeting!

This family were so relaxed and easy-going, even when I started moving all their furniture around!  They didn't blink an eye!   Hey, I do what I need to do to get the shot ;).  After a fun-filled photo session, I was treated to tea on the patio by their glorious outdoor fire (something that has long been on my wish list for my own dream home!).

If you are a relaxed and easy-going family, feel free to get in touch and we will create some photographic magic together :).

October personal faves | Stockholm barnfotograf

Big cups of hot chocolate outside, chunky sweaters and scarves, log fires, candlelit dinners, crunchy leaves and if you're really, really lucky beautiful light - these are a few of my favourite things about October.  It's such a cozy month.  So much better than November when all I want to do is eat and sleep.  Basically, I become a bear in November, and maybe December and possibly January too.

Here are a few of my favourites from October.  And yes, our dog Riley really is that cute.  No Photoshop trickery has been used to enhance his gorgeousness ;)
