It really is one of the best feelings when a family I have photographed before choose me again to create new portraits for them. I never take it for granted. There are lots of photographers out there to choose from. I’m not on social media that much, I don’t talk a lot about what I do and I’m not a marketing guru. I just quietly get on with my work and try to give all my families the best possible experience, from start to finish. And so when a past client gets in touch to book another family session, I am always completely humbled.
I was so excited to work with this family again. I knew they would trust me and I knew they would bring all the positive vibes, which always makes my job easier. The mom picked the best autumn colours for the kids to wear and we were lucky enough to have some beautiful autumn colours as our backdrop. It might be a bit scary sometimes booking a photo session. It is also an investment that some people may decide against. I really believe, however, that you will never regret having photographs taken. You never know what tomorrow might hold. There are no guarantees in this life. Photograph your family while they are still here.
