Baby love | Stockholm barnfotograf

This photo session was the last shoot I did before I took my summer holidays and I'm only getting around to posting it now!  Sometimes, being a photographer is a bit like being a dentist.  Let me explain... When people are about to be photographed, they are often nervous, didn't have a good experience the last time they had their pictures taken (by someone else!) and are anxious about the results.  The photographer (me in this case!), has to quickly put their client at ease and gain their trust, give them a great experience and hope they will come back again.  Fortunately, this family and I were cracking jokes within minutes of me arriving at their home.  Easy clients!  I'm pretty sure they enjoyed their Jolly experience and will hopefully come back in the future ;)

Fluffy stuff and evening light

I'm painfully aware that soon the darkness will come here in Sweden.  Even after eight years of living here, I still haven't got used to the lack of light during the winter months.  That may explain why I sometimes keep my kids up past their bedtime, just so we can soak up that glorious summer evening light.  Yesterday we found a field of some kind of 'fluffy stuff.'  Not sure what else was in that field, but I was itching like a dog with fleas when I came home.  Checks completed.  This is a flea free zone.
