A gift for dad | Familjefotografering Stockholm

Tidying up my daughters' things last month, I came across these flower headbands and was immediately inspired to create a dreamy, fine art photograph of the girls as a birthday gift to their dad.  They chose the bottom left image as the one we would print on gorgeous fine art paper, then we had it professionally framed.  Their dad loves the final product and it now hangs proudly in our living room!  Recently, someone saw the photograph online and left this sweet comment: "Viewers who don't see this large are missing something special. This should be a life-sized image hanging in an art institute."  Do you agree? :)

Experimenting | Barnfotograf Stockholm

Although I usually prefer to create portraits outdoors, sometimes I'll whip out my backdrop and make some photographs in my living room.  I love the simplicity of these and the fact that all the focus is on my lovely subject.  It just so happened it was approx 28 degrees indoors when I was shooting these (!) and the air cooler beside us created some nice hair movement.  Maybe not as much hair movement as Beyonce usually has, but I like the effect anyway ;)
