Although I usually prefer to create portraits outdoors, sometimes I'll whip out my backdrop and make some photographs in my living room. I love the simplicity of these and the fact that all the focus is on my lovely subject. It just so happened it was approx 28 degrees indoors when I was shooting these (!) and the air cooler beside us created some nice hair movement. Maybe not as much hair movement as Beyonce usually has, but I like the effect anyway ;)
I really want to capture the best parts of a Jolly summer this year. I know that in 25+ years my kids are going to absolutely love looking back on these and reliving the memories :)

If I had to go out and hand pick a family to photograph, I would have chosen this one. Luckily, I was recommended to them by a previous client, so they came to me. We met at Ulriksdal Slott for a family portrait session. They were my kind of people - laid back, calm and fun. We had a highly enjoyable shoot and I'm happy to tell you they now have lots of beautiful prints to display in their own :)
