Åkersberga family session | Stockholm children's photographer

You never forget the first time a client invites you back to their home after a shoot for a glass of wine.  This British-American family did just that and, well, I didn't want to be rude ;)  I love when my families opt for a mixture of indoor and outdoor shots.  When the mom booked me she said she liked my tagline, 'children's portraiture with real expressions,' and that she loves moody pictures.  When the right clients find me, it's as good a feeling as when I tuck into a large bag of M&M's Peanuts :)

Evening walk with my little girl

I try to make time to shoot for myself, to photograph what and how I want to photograph.  My five year old loves to spend one on one time with me, even if I have my camera in tow.  We climbed on the rocks and watched the sun set over Sollentuna.  Now, that's what I call spending my time well :)

Family fun in Farsta | Stockholm family photographer

It was just over a year since I last photographed this fun-lovin' family.  This time round the mom decided to have the shoot in the grandparent's garden.  What a beautiful location it was, too.  The garden over-looked the water and we were surrounded by gorgeous autumnal colours.  We worked fast before these michevious, smiley, brown-eyed twins had a chance to get cold and had a lot of fun!  The mom's reaction when she came to Jolly HQ to view her pictures was delightful!  I'm very lucky to have so many wonderful repeat clients :)

A timeless beauty

Today I got to have a girls' day out with my big girl.  We shopped for a Halloween costume, we went for a tasty Japanese lunch, and just before the sun set I managed to snap a few pictures of her.  As usual, the moodier one was my favourite ;)
